I have been gathering all th eparts to do the 14 bolt swap change to disc brakes and convert the front to 8 lugs. I have both axles stripped down ready for paint and figured i would check and see how it all fit before paint. I was mocking up the front when i noticed the 8 lig hubs do not have splines in them for the drive flange of the locking hub to slide into. I know there is a large bearing and small bearing front, but this one is a ten bolt. Is there two styles of 3/4 ton locking hubs? Thanks

Jesse

A pic of what you've got would be a bonus. I'm also suspecting what 1ton thinks.

I think you guys are right, i searched all over looks like from a 76, 3/4 ton dana 44 hd. Do you guys know if they will work with the 10 bolt shaft? I am assuming i will need to get rotors for a 76 and down 3/4 ton. The 77 ones i purchased look like they mount up different.

Thanks for the fast reply.

the rotors are the same, the only difference is that you need external style lockouts, the newer style ('78+) wont work

Are they complete, how much do you want for them? do you take paypal.
Again thanks for replies. I am new to building Chevy, so i appreciate the help.

They are off of a 82ish 8 lug 10 bolt,I removed the rotors to use for the rear disc Im putting on so you will have to use your rotors.

Pm'd ya.
