8 Lug d44

Thanks. I dont know how I missed that. I even looked at the spec sheets.
 
On the 3/4 ton. You'll have to see whether it's a 10bolt or D44 for yourself but I think starting in '79 or '80 they were 10 bolts.

why the question?
if you are trying to get 8 lugs, you can simply swap parts to make ur current axle an 8 lug. You can 8 lug swap both 10b and d44 axles.
 
And thats why I asked. There is a d44 on craigslist that has 8lugs and I thought maybe he just switched out the parts
 
Nope, there were thousands of them that came that way from the factory. From 1973-1976 a Dana 44 was the only axle GM used in their 4x4's, 1/2 or 3/4 ton.

Ok. I'm going to look at them today. The guy said it was set up for high steer but he didn't know what I meant by flat top knuckles.
