Selling my 8 lug External locking type wheel hubs. Never installed since I bought from member here (blasphemous) about a year ago and he said the bearings and races were fairly new at time of sale. Primered the outer part of hub so it would not rust while they sat. Also, included are the proper caliper mounting plates and new rotors. Also have new remanned Calipers to go with it all if you buy at the original asking price. Rotors have minor surface rust in some small spots but is not a problem. I'd like to sell all together at this time. Would be shipped from zip 92627 but would rather have local pick up because weight. You pay freight and I'll ship.

$150.00 + Freight. OBO

No. No lockouts. Last week I lost bidding on ebay a new set of damn near new externals by $2.50 . Another member PM'd me about these and seemed interested, so if you are too, give him a day or so then money talks. Just make an offer.

TTT. New price of $150 + freight OBO. Make an offer as I need to buy other parts.

I told a friend about these - he's looking to convert his 10 bolt to 8 lug. do you know if he could run these on his rig without the locking hubs? in 2wd only, of course. would it work if he pulls the front shafts or will that not matter. he needs to keep his rig rolling

I'm not too sure. Just using the little logic that I have I would guess yes. The only thing I would think he would have to do is put a cover plate where the lockouts bolt up to keep dirt, water and crap out and the grease in. Maybe someone could chime in that knows better but I don't see why not.

Edit: If he is going to go to the expense of doing the 3/4 ton swap then spending the extra $100 on used external lockout to have 4x4 isn't that much more in the grand scheme of things.

he could put drive slugs in there, but if you don't already have some the cost is probably not that much cheaper than hubs.

Big Blzn - since you're selling these, am I right to assume you don't need my 3/4 ton spindles? I have a potential buyer, but I remember I said you could have em.

Do you have any ides if these will go onto a Dodge D44? I might buy them back if they'll fit:haha:
That would be funny. I really don't know but I do hear a lot of people talking about some of the drivetrain components from dodges crossover to Chevy. Post up in the Garage and I bet you'd have an answer fairly quick. Good question.:D
