Hi Guys,
I am putting new carpet in my 90 K5, and noticed behind the front bucket seats.........and below where the bed floor begins.........that there is a long plastic strip and it apparently screws in along the bottom...........now I have this.........but I dont understand (how it bolts in/screws into the base of the bed floor) the backside of it has bumps that stick out making it not lay flat against the bed floor base.
so what am I missing with this piece? I hope have been descriptive enough..............all I know is my 1970 K5 didnt have this..........but my 90 does.
