White. Has cab (roof) lights. Factory gauges. Pretty straight and rust-free. Have title

Also white front clip for '81 or newer, pretty straight too.

I'll be posting pics.

Blazers now too. See below.

EL CENTRO...CK5 management won't change my name for me.

Anything you want, name your $, no reasonable offers refused, I need to get rid of everything ASAP, can deliver SoCal area or meet you halfway, or you pick up, prefer not to ship.

Thanks - David

What year(s) are the Blazer bodies?

One is an '84 ( I have some pics of it and should be able to get title), and the other one is a 90 I think. Mine is an '88, but it's kinda flipped :D:doah:

Purty good shape. Don't think it's rusty, have to look closer to make sure. It's 2wd which may or may not make a difference for you. It's also the newer front end than yours, but if you use the cab and the clip it shouldn't matter.

Why haven't we met yet, online or otherwise? Looks like you've been around here a while...

Good question.. ive been here for quite some time but havent been a "regular" the whole time... thats probably why..

as for the cab- do you know how much is different, structurally, between the pre-81, vs 81+? I know about the hood hinges and Im pretty sure I can easily take care of that. The firewalls are different between AC/non-AC, so thats why I wanted the AC type (I now see the drier in the pic, so i know its AC)...

maybe the sheetmetal that holds up the dash is different.. but IIRC, that stuff unbolts and can be changed out..

ok what im getting at is this-- my 77s cab is rusted beyond what I want to repair. Id like to find a project cab to completely gut and repair wahtever needed repairing, then paint it and swap all my stuff into it. a huge project, I know. but it kills me to have this rusted cab.. (my front clip, bed, frame are all fine)...... anyways Ive been on the lookout for a cab for a long long time.. ive even bought one but later tossed it because it didnt suit me...

thanks, mike

Mike, the best thing to do might be to swap the cab and front clip. '81 and up looks better anyways.:D It's possible to convert it (there's an article in the tech dept here I think) but it's a pain.

Sometimes 2wd and 4wd cabs are different, too. Maybe someone can chime in. The best thing might be for you to bring your truck down and we can see if it looks like it will work.

Why don't you give me a call?

You wouldn't happen to have the front disk brake set up off that C30? I need everything from the control arms out for a 2wd project.

Thanks,

Eric M.

Traded the frame/bed to guy so he could make a trailer out of it. He said cut cut off the front of the frame and still has it, so yeah. You need the control arms or just everything past them?

I need the upper control arms, lower control arms, all 4 control arm shafts and u-Bolts, spindles w/ caliper brackets. I can pick up the calipers and rotors new as the weight of those will probably cause problems with shipping.

This will be installed on a 64 Chevy pick up. Anything else you see on the front suspension that I didn't mention that you think I'd need for the conversion, let me know before you toss it.

Shipping to San Francisco CA 94112

Thanks,

Eric M.

The calipers & rotors Eric isn't taking;) Are they the same as a 3/4 ton? I've read I need 3/4 ton stuff for my disc brake swap but I haven't confirmed they are actually different?

The 1 ton stuff is much bigger. You really need the 3/4 ton front calipers.

I've got the steering taken care of, but, maybe the coil springs.

Thanks,

Eric M.

I'll work on getting it back and weighing it. I'll be real busy next few weeks though. Bug me if you don't hear from me. Lots of stuff to keep track of. Come to think of it, I think I'll be up by your neighborhood in the next couple weekends. EDIT: Only closer = Anaheim.
