'81+ fuse panel question

Trying to figure something out. Did the '81+ fuse panels change at the same time that the wipers moved from the dash to the column?

Here's a picture of a "later" fuse panel.

Hopefully that monster photo links right.

The '83 I looked at had a different style: still blade fuses, but the accessory terminals were all over the panel, not at the top like the one pictured.

Anyone that has an '84-85 able to tell us what year the panel went from the prior to the pictured? :)

Cool, thanks. So now I guess the only question is '84...which fuse panel design was it, and where were the turn signal controls located?
