So I recently got my th350 rebuilt and the guy did a great job new torque converter shift kit and looks nice and clean. Anyways I've yet to be able to drive it because he forgot this part that is on the column shifter that connects to the steering column so I can put it in drive/reverse and all that stuff. I've searched everything. I stumbled upon it on eBay a couple of weeks ago and I think that is what it is but my friend convinced me it wasn't the right part and now i regret not ordering it. Anyways just click the link below. If you know the correct term for it please tell me. I've tried everything. And if you know where I can find one please redirect me. Thank you. http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://thumbs2.ebaystatic.com/d/l225/m/mDtZ2kAm_Merz1900FdJcFA.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.ebay.com/bhp/skylark-shifter&h=208&w=225&tbnid=Bu6_Hinyr1M-UM:&zoom=1&docid=st8BZmnKAbvayM&ei=HPkFVYebAfPnsASQ-IG4AQ&tbm=isch&ved=0CE8QMygpMCk

Transmission lever or shift lever. The trans shop should give you yours back. Or try the dismantling yards. They should be all over.

That is a super common part any trans shop would have. If you cant find one let me know and I'll send you one.
