I bought this to build as my tow rig, but I have too many projects, and the diesel in my K5 will pull a car trailer just fine.

The odometer reads 30k. The original owner had it for 20 years and used it strictly to haul his race car to the local track. The pedal pads look hardly worn, and judging by how great it runs and how tight everything is I'd say the mileage could be original. Doors open and close like new also.

It's a Florida truck with very minimal rust. The whole bed, doors, tailgate & hood are rust free. The front rockers and inner fenders will need to be replaced. a small section of the floor where the inner fender rusted will need a patch as well. the body is very straight when you look down the sides. Frame and suspension are really nice. Dana 70 rear. Dually specialties chrome wheels, not simulators.

The big block runs great. Nice Holley to replace the Q-jet. New fuel pump, plugs, wires, cap/rotor etc. It has dual tanks.

The interior is pretty beat up from the sun. front bucket seats are faded aftermarket units. All the A/c components are there, just needs a charge.

SOLD

Thanks! Bowling Green huh? are there lots of corvettes there? I know that's where the plant is.

Beautiful place.

I have a friend with a 3-car trailer that's going from NY to Daytona Beach within the week. I can have it delivered cheap if you're interested. I'll get you as many pictures as you want and a video of it running etc.

Yeah Corvettes are a dime a dozen down here. Everybody in my family has one it seems. I was the rebel child and got a Camaro. Been to the museum so many times I could be a tour guide. There's no way I could have the money within a week. Would like to have it though. I'm buying a 5.3 LM7 from an 01 to go in my Blazer. So thats my play money for the month. (If he ever calls me back.)
Another free bump. :waytogo:

New Price: $1,800!

The big block starts and runs great. no smoke on startup or when it's running. I just installed a new fuel pump and exhaust donut.
