8274 Help, Yes I have looked

I bought a warn 8274 off of ebay and when I got it from UPS the box was opened and all the peanuts were missing, the remote was missing and no hook or rollers. Also the biggest problem i have the shaft/ knob was broken and the shaft was bent. Can anyone help me find where to get prices to fix my winch. Thanks guys for the help i'm really PI$$ed right now with UPS the the seller.

was it insured? if it was, go after UPS. if not, shame on you for having something shipped without insurance.

File a claim with UPS, they automatically insure packages for $100, more if you request it/pay for it.

Thanks guys, i'm trying to find out when UPS will come out and look for it or when they can pay me. The hardest part is finding parts with a winch as old as mine.
