I’m currently looking for these two pieces of trim for the 83-84 headlight bezel and I can’t find anyone that makes them and the OEM or NOS stuff is way more than I want to spend. Do any of you know of anyone that makes them? I’ve found the grill trim but I can’t find these pieces.

I'd like to know as well as I just got an 84 that I want to find the Silverado trim for.

Have you tried certi-fit? http://www.certifit.com/

In the past they sold repop grilles, and they were actually not too bad in terms of quality. Actually surprised me for how cheap they were.
Looks like their parts for the K5 are very limited. They have the headlight bezels but it was a wide year range so I’m guessing it won’t be the right one for just the 83 & 84. I’ve noticed there are repo bezels being made but not those particular trim pieces.

LMC is actually making a nice looking repo grill and bezels for that year now for around $90 that has a spot for the chevy emblem and the center trim pieces. This is what I plan on getting, luckily I live about 20-30 min from the warehouse in KC and won’t have the shipping but I’m having a hell of a time finding the inner trim.

Well, I guess the center trim pieces are going to be hard to find now too. I thought I just saw them somewhere but all the ones I find say they have been discontinued..

Have you checked brothers trucks?

Gmcpauls.com have a listing for grill side molding but no pic so I don't know if that's even the part

I could use a pair of headlamp bezels for my '81 G-10 van..
I don't know why certain items seem to be unobtanium, that should be easily available, being so cheap to make..
It has single round headlamps,NOT the 4 square lamps..

Most places that list any only show them for the 4 square headlamps..

Years ago,I got a pair for it,along with a grille, off a '78 G-10,now the plastic bezels are all cracked ,just like the originals did (and were beyond repair),the grill was a bolt in swap, but wasn't identical looking to the '81 grille..now the grill has been damaged by a falling tree branch..

The few vans I've seen like mine of the same vintage in junkyards and on the road all had the bezels cracked and tattered, and I've seen very few with the two round headlamp setup.
They are made of very brittle plastic and the screws always crack them, when you replace a headlamp, you must remove them..

I think it was only the "base" models that were straight six,no A/C and only P/S for options that got the 2 headlamp front nose..

Only way I might be able to "repair" whats left of the headlamp bezels is to use fiberglass cloth & resin,if it'll stick to that kind of plastic..
I dont know why they didn't make them out of something more flexible like a rubbery material (like my '68 GTO's "Enduro" front bumper)..
I found as pair of bezels off a square body that had single round headlamps,if they look close enough I might adapt those to it,they are some kind of cast metal like aluminum..they were not the same ones my '77 GMC and '79 C-10 had though, they must be earlier..

I’m looking for the center grill trim. I know this isn’t a repo item. Does anyone on here have these two pieces that they would be willing to part with?
