Hello, I've been watching this sight silently for a while now. I bought a pretty nice K-5 Blazer about 6 months ago and really love it. But there are other things in life that are taking priority right now that requires me to part with it. Here are some details. 84 K-5 G00dwrench 350 in place of factory 305 and a rebuilt 700R4. This was done by previous owner. Truck is a dark purple with tan interior. Body is VERY nice. The tub was replaced by previous owner, there are 2 SMALL hole in the floor on the passenger side. The are about the size of quaters. The interior needs some work. Previous owner cut out most of the carpet in the frontandthe fronts seats don't match. Left is vinyl and the right is cloth. The truck runs great I drove it daily most of this winter. The right valve cover does leak a little and I think the oil pressure sender leaks some. I replaced the starter and put in a new battery last month. Has good 31x10.50's on factory Rally wheels that have been painted black. Besides the oil leaks there are 2 other small problems, the heater fan switch quit working. I have a switch to put in it but it has been too cold to work on it and I don't have a heated place to work on it. The other problem is about once every month or so the brake light will come on. It will stay on for about a day and then go back out. I don't know why it does this. The fluid is right were it should be and the brakes feel fine when this happens. Again this is a nice truck that I think will make somebody very happy and could be a great trailrig. I don't really want to sell it but other things have got to come first at this point. I would like to get $2000 for it but I'm open to reasonable offers. I do have digital pics available on request. Truck is located in Big Lake MN. As of today 3/23/04 my CK-5 membership is expireing and I WILL NOT be resubscribing. If you are interested in my Blazer please email me at [email protected]
