84 k10 lwb conversion

my name is Jones.visitor 4 now.have a tech question 4 ya.I'm swapping out my 10b in favor of 14ff/d44,and 700r4/208 for a 400/208. will there be different drive shaft lengths and u-joint sizes?what else should i prepare for in this project? /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

Myself I have not done that swap but IIRC new shafts will be needed.
the front joints are the same.
Wheels are up to you. keep yer 15 inch tires and get some 8 lug 15inchers or ...?
For the TH400 you will need the kick down switch. It screws down at the throttle pedel.
New u-bolts are needed as well. it's a pretty basic swap.
