You have enough other projects going on that I wouldn't worry about Blazer tanks right now. At least wait until you need that space to put the time into tearing the fuel system apart.

This also applies to putting too many hours into diagnosing the second tank issue. Unless you've been wanting more range you may as well focus on the actual upgrades you have planned out.
Your right.. I'll just run air down the return for now and see if that clears it out, worst case I just run the passenger tank like I have been.
