84 K20 "Ethel" Not an Sbc/NV4500/241C

Semi restoration of a 1984 K20 pickup. 5.3 LS, nv4500, np241c.
I saw some on an older f350 once and it looked cool, until I saw how much more they are than the std sizes

It's never gonna be fast, and wouldn't be noticeably slower with 36's.

Steering correction for cheap...stiff front springs with stock push-pull. Let the rear do 80% of the work.

I swear that's like a Chevy trait.. I gotta have flexy front springs.. @bergerking has the super lift 6 inch and his rides excellent for a leaf truck.

Got a buddy hooking up the tires situation, going with the Corsa AT in a 295/75/16
I figure that's good enough to do 90% of what I want to do and still maintain some tow capability.

Me and @bergerking went on a test run up in big bear last night. We got his Trans gauge wired up and lights on for the rear.
Considering we were solo, it was 11 pm we had a flawless trip.

We also made it past "trackbar gultch" we said a few nice words about @secutright and his trackbar.. Rip..

We also twisted up the @bergerking K5
It did excellent. And not realizing we got on heartbreak ridge and Pontiac sluce. Zero wheelspin and crawled it carbureted! What an awesome ride!

Ok so based on some measurements I believe I'll be in the 4-6 inch range for lift. I can reduce that some by removing leafs, I got a little gun shy because I do not have the longer brake lines I need to even bolt these in.

I wanted to lift it some, not a ton because it's double duty.. And the nicer ride would be cool too.
