The only rust of any significance on my K5 is on the rocker panels under the doors closest to the rear wheel wells. I haven't looked around much, but I have been unable to find the patch panels I need to accomplish the job. Heres some photos....

Drivers side where rocker panel and rear quarter meet. The passenger side is the same way.

Any ideas where I can find the panels that I will need to do the job?

Thanks,

Brendan

cut it out and get some sheet metal and make your own pannel it should not be that hard, that is not that much rust for a k-5 it looks pretty good overall

scroll down and look for part #55. NOT 55X. I have used this and just trim off the edge that goes around the back of the cab. It has the edge for the door jamb and the lip on the bottom to match the rocker. This is from sherman auto parts. I get a similar panel from Keystone auto body, a local store, for around 15.00.http://store.shermanparts.com/cgi-bin/sherman/product_list.html?img_num=898_899
