My fiance has been telling me she wanted a car that SHE picked bought and paid for since we got together. she finally did it in the form of a VERY restoreable 84 Z28. I'll be fixing some rust and painting it. doing tune up and a bunch of bushings and tierod ends because I can. And all in all just making it nice for her , not a show car but a realistic driver. Heres the few pics so far.

Different colors, but really looks a lot like my 83. Nice car and a good place to build from. Check the front of the floor boards for rust, they seem to rust through a lot in that area.

like it Rick...so an efi 555/6spd coming soon?

HA HA HA HA HA:haha: NO!:D I found out this afternoon before work that its a 305 4b. I might make it a 2b with a linkage adjustment:whistle:

It should be a 305 computer controlled carb, at least based on mine. Not the easiest thing in the world to tune, but easily swapped for a standard q-jet. However, it isn't as easy as just swapping a carb since the computer ties into a lot of stuff beyond just the carb.
