Fellow CK5 Members,
I have been building an 85 3/4 chevy for a while now and the family is growing. I am looking to get a newer lifted truck with an ext. cab so we have more room for the carseats. Let me know if you might be interested in a trade of some kind and make an offer and we can talk further, here are the details:
- I am near the Lansing Michigan area
- Brought it from Southern California in 08 and it has never seen the winter (every bolt comes off like its new, there is absolutely no rust at all anywhere)
- Has 98,000 miles
- 85 3/4 chevy 4X4
- Power windows and locks
- 4" Tuff Country Suspension Lift
- 33" BFG's with about 3,000 miles on them
- New ball joints, wheel bearings, and brakes
- Dual Flowmaster 44 series mufflers
- ORD bolt on steering brace kit installed (frame is not cracked)
- New Pro Comp 16" wheels
- Recently rebuilt Turbo 400 with shift kit
- 14 bolt semi floating rear end with 4:10 gears
- 12 bolt front end
- New steering gear box
- All new engine accessories (steering pump, alt, water pump)
- Warmed over chevy 350 w/ 3,000 miles since the tear down
- New radiator, heater core, and hoses
- Just had a used windshield and slider window installed with all new door and window weatherstripping
- I was also considering switching it over to diesel so I have a 6.2 Diesel with 80,000 miles on it and everything to convert it over that goes with the truck too (hydra boost, block heater, starter, etc)
- Comes with bushwacker fender flares that have not yet been installed
- Needs a new dash pad and the paint is sun faded from being in California (otherwise everything mechanical has been replaced)
- I also removed the carpet because I was going to have it sprayed with bedliner. The floor is still in perfect condition with absolutely no rust.
- Needs to have new door hinge pins installed as well, but I have a set that will go with the truck from LMC.
Let me know your thoughts and if your interested we can talk some more. I will consider offers and any trades for an extended cab Chevy or GMC.
That is not rust in the pictures it's dirt road dirt, the snow hit before I had a chance to wash it so it got winterized as it was.
