I'm gauging interest here first.

$3000 to a ck5'er.
I'll get more pics tomorrow as it sits, uncleaned so I'm not hiding chit.
Then later I'll get it cleaned up some and take more. Busy this week.

Entire steering and front suspension rebuilt within the last year. (All bushings and ball joints at least)
New steering box at the same time.
Was my daily for 4 years. I'll miss it for sure. Runs n drives great. I'm just upgrading and don't have time to do it justice.

Body has surface rust in a hand full of places as can be seen. Couple outer door skin bubbled areas. Floors are in great shape for the most part. Only really holes are above the door, only visible when the doors are open.

New clutch, tune up, and rebuilt carb within 2-2.5 years.

I know Iowa's a LONG way from a lot of CK5 guys. But after I get it's replacement here, I'd deliver it, meet halfway, whichever. Up to 5 hrs road time from Clinton, IA. for the cost of gas to get there x2. Bring your own trailer and we can swap it from trailer to trailer there, or drive it home from there if you want. It'll make it.

Only interior related pick in my phone lol. Cant see much, but figured I'd note.....
Orion amp and sub come out, but the cd player, 4 channel crunch, and all the other speakers will remain.


Interior isn't bad but needs spruced up. All the wood needs refinished to be nice, Carpets a little loose, center console in the roof needs refinished and put back in, etc.
Also forgot to mention I kept all the smog related items to go with it.
AC truck but AC doesn't work. Sticker says it's r134 converted, but I never even tried to charge it or anything.

There's time lol. Probably. I don't have to move it in any hurry. Hell, if no one buys it, it may sit here long enough to have the other 2 finished. Then I'd build and sell it for $$$$ lol. I'm going to leave it on here for a while, then try CL at $6k in a few months.
 
Um.... That looks like it's just a tad over 5hrs..... I'll drive 5hrs and you meet me there :D

I actually don't really want to let it go. I'm pretty attached. But I don't need 4 trucks, and when I get the new one I won't need it to tow with. :frown

Like I said, I'll get it in my shop in a day or 2 and clean it all up.
It was my daily work truck till I got my burb running. So forgive the mess lol.

Wires in the ceiling are for the front to back ceiling console. Pics of it to come.
I have the dash vent panel. It came out with a big bump and I just never put it back in.

All 4 upper door sills are about the same. Unfortunately thats a chitty place to fix.
But, it is the worst part of the whole truck rust wise.
I planned to replace the entire top.
Floors are great though. :dunno:. Completely frickin opposite of a normal square lol.

I got a friend/coworker that is extremely interested. Were are traveling around at the moment, will be a little north of Peoria the next couple of days. But if the next couple days are too soon, we do have a storage warehouse it could be dropped off at, if that would work. It's a little south of Oskaloosa, just off of 63. We will probably be back out briefly after Christmas too, but can't say for sure.
 
I'm picking the new truck up tomorrow.

I could bring it Peoria way Thursday, but thats the soonest I got.
I'm free one of Tuesday or Wednesday next week. I need one of the days, either one works for me. Just let me know
