Hello,

I've done a bit of web perusing and can't seem to find where the third row seat belt "female" portion of the buckle should be! Does it bolt into the side wall?

I picked up a third row from CL and it only has the 3 male belts and 1 central female buckle.

I have a large group of friends doing a road trip in 2 weeks and want to fill the burban up. Every late model suburban I've seen in the 3 junk yards I've visited were already missing the seats/mounts.

Or if anyone has pics.. that would also be spectacular.

love the paint job!:waytogo:

seat belts...might depend on the year.

I have a 90 burb with a different year 3rd seat. the "males" are shoulder belts mounted on the burbs walls, the "2 females" are mounted to the seat frame.

The outer female buckles bolt down to the floor, right up against the wheel tubs. If you pull up the carpet, you will see the flat area where it bolts down. Use large fender washers when you bolt down the buckles, to support the load.

The '89-'91 rear seats used a different belt setup with shoulder straps instead of the basic buckles.

Why not do a build thread on here. Being a novice, you will probably get a warmer reception than on Pirate.

I suppose. Especially since the first post I made I was basically told that I will get burnt out at the cost and quit...

I have thick skin and what not, but still rude hah
