86 High Sierra body mount issues

I have an 86 High Sierra 4x4 shorty and need guidance with body mounts... The truck has or had six if them now it's down to one. And the rear cab crossmember is almost gone... (the beam where the two rear mounts bolt to.) And the other five have missing lower washers and rubber and the bolts just snap. This would be terrible for my linkage off road... Any help I would be grateful for!
