86 k5 cruze control issues

So this weekend when I was towing my car to the race track the cruise control was functioning fine. Then intermitently the cruze would drop out just for a second and then pick back up all buy itself and hold the speed....then it would drop out 10 or 20 minutes later and do the same thing.... over the cours of a 100 miles it probably happened 15 to 20 times with no consitance of what may be causing it....

Any ideas?

Kind of surprising, not sure why it would say that.

Your '86 is essentially the same when/if you can get there, the only difference you'll see is reference to the "DRAC", but your VSS buffer bolted to the back of the speedo is the same thing, just different way of achieving the same result.

You might try going to webshots.com and searching my username (same as here), perhaps the link is just bad.

The spedo stays pretty stable no bouncing around while cruse is on,,,,,I have notice that when I drive around town between 30 and 55 the spedo bounces but never check if it holds steady on cruse at those speeds....controlling it by my foot it is bouncing around for sure...

The missing numbers aren't missing pages, just had a few bad photos that I re-shot, so the ones missing were simply bad photos.
