updates,

ive put almost 300 miles on it this last 5 days,no issues so far, I LOVE the skinny tires, turning is great with the back spacing, the tires ride great and are not that loud, hell they are not even balanced! and stearing is easy even with a locker, not to mention the aluminum wheels are light wieght as well. the color I am liking now, hydro clutch is great, and road mannars are pretty decent. LOVE it :)

your shackle angles when you flex are kindof crazy arent they? in the third flexing pic it looks like the shackle would almost reload the wrong way, and mess things up. good lookin truck man

lookin good man. Are you going to try and keep the body relativly strait on this one?

um...its 4wd...locked, a convertable, its wheeling season and my buggy is not done yet.

im going to have fun...ill just be a little more cautious, the only thing I care about is the rear fender sheetmetal. the rest is cheap and quick to replace.:D

Ok Shawn I'm going to piss you of again..... What about the front bumper?

Hood looks great what happened with your friend spraying it? How close is the paint on the rear bumper to the powder coating?

well I found out the problem, and wound up getting a good lesson on what money buys, the hood sprayed out fine, no problems. I was going to have it sprayed by a friend but that would mean it couldnt have a hood for a week at least...and I dont like waiting as you know:D just took my time and it came out fine.

the paint to the rear bumper it real close, I also cleared it since the powdercoating it cleared, looks sharp. I love getting good results with little time or money:saweet:

as for the front.. hmm I kind of dig the no bumper look so I was thinking of just boxing the frame rails and adding a reciever..but I have some tube, a welder and an idea so when I get time I may make something cool happen:)

thanks again for the heads up on the bolts, took the truck out on the town last night and was able to have my friends ride along,:D

arrr

just loaded a heavy duty motor hoist in it by myself...

ouch, and what a pain...also almost mangled the truck loading it..ALMOST

1 point to lowered trucks:crazy:

That kicks ass! The only thing I dont like is the ricey tail lights.:(

You do good work man. Wish I had a place to even atempt to do that.

1. um...tried to get in a tight spot..truck slide into a tighter spot..

2....yea..had to try:D

3...got it from ricks pick up trucks with dents on it for 120.00 fixed the dents..then some crack head came and loaded doors on the freshly fixed hood and made it worse then before.. so alot of time later I have a nice hood.. you can buy them for 300 new from a plac in phoenix but my mind is drawing a blank. ill pm you when I think of it

i like the no bumper look as long as the fenders are trimmed, i will be making something cool with zero effort soon though for recovery and ramming assistance :)
