I'm in the processing of finishing up my wiring and want to make sure I've got the fuses in the correct locations. Let me know if I'm way off base or am missing something...

1. The power supply for the fuse block is a no brainer - has a fusible link built into it. This runs back to the junction block and grabs power there.

2. The starter solenoid wire has what looks like a fusible link at the end of it.

3. I have a loose wire with a fusible link in it that I'm assuming runs from the alternator back to the battery (or starter lug).

Other than that I do not believe there should be an other fusible links in the system. The power supply from the starter lug to the fuse block is not fused, correct?

Just out of curiosity, what purpose would the fuse serve if already fused between the junction block and the fuse block, and the alternator and the battery?
