On a 87 K5 with a 2 1/2" lift from superlift. Would you prefer rear blocks or new springs or the add a leaf new spring and block comb for the 2 1/2" lift for flex off road and highway.

The truck will be used for off road in colorado trails and some highway, but no rock crawling.

The truck now has 2 1/2" blocks in the rear. we tested the truck in the driveway ditch with a 15" shelf and while the rear axle droped down on the driveside the truck seemed to shift to the drive side about an inch or more to the left. I do not remember my old K10 doing this with stock suspenion.

What flexs better, the stock springs with blocks or whole new lift springs.

New springs look like they may ark to much to flex.

Opionions welcome

Blocks bad , never used mine , did shackle flip . I would go new 3 inch springs altogether ( no saggy , level with weight on them ) , or small flip kit :k5: :k5:

A 2 1/2" shackle flip from ORD with stock springs would flex well.
