87 k5 blazer tbi. Cts problem

Got my truck to run.. Now when I give it some throttle it hesitates.
But if I unplug the new cts. It idles high but runs better.. I can go Idle to wot. And it'll Rev normal..
 
Mine is doing the exact same thing, I haven't test driven it yet, and I'm not sure on the egr vacuum switch if it matters which port the vacuum TO the egr is hooked to, but I switched mine to the port that doesn't have the barb on it and it seems to be running a bit better.

Again, haven't test driven it yet, but it would get all weird just idling in the driveway hooked up the other way.

I blocked the egr and no difference the other port is a vent.
