Disregard all these naysayers Paul. Your truck deserves links, it wants links, it needs links!

Hood looks awesome

yup, even with software, that's a headache I've been avoiding.. I know I can do it and wrap my head around it, I just need to get into it... but like I said, it's gonna be 6 months before I even start thinking about it..

I'll have tubebed on the brain/wallet for most of this summer.. :haha:

even with the nice quality of this hood, and trust me it's vastly better than most fiberglass stuff I've ever seen, it still had some ripples in the top that needed to be longboarded out...

the hoods gonna need just a bit of glazing putty here and there, a thorough wetsand and reprime.. but at least it's all in primer now... be a couple weeks before I get back to this one...

it's the 2k.. it's 1/2 wet, 1/2 dry in that shot, proly why it looks a bit darker/brighter...

thanks boys... it's just nice to be moving forward on the rig after such a long break... the new shop setting has me really motivated to have a kick arse year on the 2 rigs...

maybe I missed it somewhere, does that hood accept factory hinge and latch hardware, or is it a pinned on hood?
Looks awesome Paul. Nice fab work as usual!

I should also point out that this hoods claim to fame isn't it's lightness... they have a race line, that are WAY lighter and pin on...

with the glass work I added, it's nearly the same weight as a sheetmetal hood..
