it's one of those little details that the majority wont see/know about, but every time I glance down there at the gauges, I'll smile... :waytogo:
 
ok...... with a bunch of work from Greg, he was able to redo a new poll for me... :woot:

for the record... the old poll ended up at about 75% copper (299) and 25% satin black (125 or so)... thanks a TON for the input...


the new one kind of groups some of the rig mods together... I'm curious as to which ones people like, think are neat or bada$$, would like on their rig, etc, etc...

yeah, that would do it, only I can't edit any of that.. it'd have to be a mod, maybe Greg can work on it... sorry for the false flag... :doah:

thanks... my sentimental fave is the glovebox.. but if i had to vote, it'd be a coin toss between the consoles and bumper/grill.... the consoles probably getting the nod..


hmmm, I didn't even put the dash in there... first mod the rig got... probably should have paired that up with the glovebox..

I just see the hood and induction as something thats been so long in the making. The bumper is badass, but.... After making some tube bumpers, the hood looks alot more complex to me at least. Foam and fiberglass is scary to me :haha:
 
it looks like only boss man may have the capability to get the new poll up and working.. I'll get back to everyone when we find out... my apologies for the confusion... :o
 
Rather than it being blind I will flat.out tell you, for me it is the consoles. One simple reason is every thing in based from there in my opinion. Control of electronics, forward motion, tunes, gearing, communications, heating control and heater box (a badass mod in it self) and the rest all hinged off of those two things coming together with a lot of forethought. Not to mention the seamless integration between the seats and the cage with comfort in mind.

wow... I couldn't have described it nearly as well... :bow:


I really felt the exposed panel look, incorporating the cage and utilizing the composite material would be pretty neat looking... I do think it's that kind of mod that someone may look at the rig and think, "pretty cool truck", than they get in it and think "wow, this is pretty bada$$!"

now I just need to stuff it with the PC and vid screen....

and thanks for remembering the heater.. I'm VERY pleased with how that worked out... it was a mod that just didn't make the list... if I had made it like a dozen long, iI would have included that, the unfinished tool wall, the fender sectioning, etc..
 
Boss man just told me he can't make the poll a multiple-choice type at this point, but he will delete it completely for you (like it never existed) and you can create a new one with the options you want.

Not a perfect solution, but like I said last night.... I doubt the programmers who wrote this software thought about a thread having 700,000+ views and going on for several straight years. :haha:
