87 Subframe question

I’m about to start replacing panels and was wondering if there was a subframe under the ledge where the front floor raises to meet the rear floor? I’m thinking there is because there was a number of rusted out bolts that fell off as I tried to remove them. If there was, mine rusted out a long time ago. Here’s a pic of what I’m talking about:

Also, does anyone sell those bolts? Mine are toast...

FYI, all that is under there is small hat channel with welded nuts to screw into, not a subframe. GMCPauls calls it a cross sill.
