'87 Suburban Build "munepit" I'm Back! Missed all you guys!

It happened at a local monster truck/ tuff truck show. I was hitting/driving/jumping over cars and drove/landed with my right front in a car with a hood on but no motor. So my tire took up the whole engine compartment. That's what did all the damage I believe.
 
So my .02 cuz I have a similar issue to fix, not as bad but my front frame horn is bent.

Front frames are all the same. Find a front frame section from anybody and cut yours off and weld in a new one. Sounds simple, and it really is. Its like a could be done in a week or so fix. You are going to have fuel lines on that side and that is about it in the C of the frame. You can just cut the rivets on the passenger side of all the cross members and stuff. Weld in the new piece and bolt the cross members back on.

I am going to cut mine off and build another front clip out of square tube which is another whole ball of wax.
 
You have two body mounts. A bumper, two cross members. I you still have the stock engine cross member good time to change it.
So like fender, radiator, the two cross members and the two body mounts, passenger spring, shock, fuel line, brake line. I would think that is all you need to take off. It may not want to go back on because you may have really tweaked you whole frame, but you never know.

I also think a good body shop with a frame machine could get that thing really close to being back to normal.

Thanks bud. I have a frame shop willing to give me $1500.00 in free frame repair. I'm sending it there and go from there. We will see how close he gets it. If that doesn't work, or doesn't get it close enough, Its getting done just as you said.
 
You hopefully will be surprised how close they can get it. It does not have to be that close anyway my front frame at the bumper is like 2-4 inches higher in the driver side vs. the passenger side. never new until I did all the work I did to it and was measuring and stuff.
 
Dannng that’s really bad.. I honestly would front half the damn thing.. if you somehow manage to fix it or the shop does it’ll never ever be the same.. based on how you jump it.. link it now and never look back.. bumps and coilovers would have saved your ass on this big time and reduced the damage.
Fkn rad though..

If you are saying they will do it for free then go for it.
They can get it back better than the way you bought it.
If they are giving you a $1500 discount get a quote first because those jobs cost $4000-8000

I like the stance of your burb.
What size lift and tires?
I have 38" swampers I want to put on my burb, I want to do the least lift and most clearance to accomplish the lowest truck height.
I am going to move the axle forward probably with a 52 front to clear the firewall.
