'87 Suburban Build "munepit" I'm Back! Missed all you guys!

Ha! Thats too big. I will stick with 1310. Easy enough to change on the trail if i have to. Heck, of something breaks, I hope it would be something cheap and easy to replace. I have spares now also.

52's is some cwazy big flex. As always, looks awesome.

CWAZY BIG!

1310s and 1410s handle more angle, so at the extreme angles they are just as strong ( 1310 ) as a 1350.

But EVERYONE is running 1350 joints they are super easy to find 1310s are a bit harder to find. (technically I still owe Jeff one:D)

So if you change the joint then I usually tell folks I would rather go 1410 than 1350, but like I said 1350s have kind of become the standard so the chance of someone having one is alot higher than having a 1310 or 1410.

So on my rig I will still strive to go 1410 all the way around but I think a 1350 would be fine just because they are so easy to find when you break em.

Like Keith said get at least a 12" slip and be done with it. I am 56s in front but I use about 10" of slip

Jeff the rig looks AWESOME on 42s fully :pimp:

Death Wobble

So I have been running at 8psi. Thats all the Co2 i had in the tank. Ran them like that for awhile. Tires were out pf round though and rode rough but bearable. Super soft and would lean big time making turns. Last night I was at my neighbors and filled the tires to 20psi. Tires were round again and rode great, under 20mph. Then bad DW. Couldnt even get out of the neighborhood. Guess i will take them down to 15psi and try again. And then keep going down until I get rid of it.

I am going for the bronze bushings and hydro assist soon.

I need to figure this out before making a 3 hr trip to Calico.

On CL right now I can get a 203 and and a 205 for around 300 bucks. Should I do it? Was no thinking about a doubler but damm. Separate sellers.

It came behind a 350. I have zero knowledge of doublers but i do think it should have come behind a 465. Or a manual. Dont even know if 465 is the correct tranny. They are both from a 350 tranny though.

Nvrenuf, I see your on Calccw!

Calccw? I'm not familiar, what is it? Might not be me. :dunno:

Weird. There is a screen name nevrnuf. I misread the name thinking it was you. Its a concealed carry forum.

Spend some Time On ords page. They like to use only 32 spline stuff. Which would be a th400. I think if you go 27 spline then you would need to use nwf but I'm not even sure.

Thanks. I just saw 2 different people selling those and got to thinking. I hate when that happens. I dont need a doubler. I need to focus on finishing my other projects first. Rear bumper, sliders, finish hydro assist, cut fenders, add tranny cooler, longer shocks, finish dual battery setup, fix tranny leak. List goes on. Damm, i need to get to work.

Teaser pics.

Ram works great! These are the 42-15-16.5 Bias TSLs. I got 5 tires and 4 beadlocks from to different sellers for $750.00. I will not make Moab this yr. When I do though. I will be running 42" Goodyears (Radials) with Monster beadlocks.

These tires are temporary until I can afford $3500 for the Goodyears and Monster beadlocks.
