87 wiring and plug connections

OK so I'm almost done swapping everything into the 87 k5.
I accidentally forgot to remove the tcc lockup on my 700r. So the wires ripped apart. I can't seem to find where one may go. and then there is a exposed blue wire that I don't know what it plugs into or goes where. and then here is a couple pictures I hope you all can help me.

Anyone? Is the blue wire for the tcc lockup

I got the torque converter lockup wiring fixed, I just don't know where that one plug goes I guess I will just leave it unplugged and see what happens

okay guys I did not want to start a new thread so I may ask does anybody have a part number on the spring that slides onto the shifter linkage then through the frame
