'88 - '89 Grill swap Q's

I have an '88 Jimmy and was wondering if the grill link I have attached will bolt right on to the older style radiator support. The '88 headlamps and surrounds would remain stock. no, the 88 should be the stacked headlights, which require a wider grille.
