Does anyone make re-upholster kits for the 88-91 seats? I see LMC has all sorts of stuff for 73-87, but nothing for the newer seats. :dunno:

Are they actually different from e.g. '87? It's been a while since I've had a truck that new, but I'm thinking the highbacks were pretty much the same. The brochures pictures I can find makes them look at least similar.

I know the Suburban seats had the armrests, but yours is a K5, right?

The 88-91 blazer seats are a bit odd in the fact that the covering is bonded to the foam cushioning ,and makes it difficult to recover or get upholstery kits for

They're quite different actually. Mine is a '90 Blazer.

Hey, focker.

Get a quote from a local upholstery place. You might be pleasantly surprised. I can see who the GasCo uses in E-town if you'd like.........

I've contacted several over the years and they always want something like $300+ per seat. I think this is why so many people end up swapping newer model seats in. I'm on my 2nd set of 1990 front seats and haven't paid more than $80 per set, but they are getting hard to find. REALLY hard with decent upholstery on the driver's seat.
