I have a PowerAid TB spacer thats just sitting around the house now since I went to the vortec motor. Its for 88-95 TBI smallblocks. I will include new gaskets and can pick up some new bolts for it as well if i can find out what size and length are needed. Looking for $45 shipped.
Yes, it does add SOME power. They do work somewhat on the pre-vortec motors since the fuel is delivered AT the throttle body and not at the head like the mpfi vortecs are. Dont expect it to do a whole bunch but it will add 3-5 hp.
