'88-'98 3/4-ton 4x4 rear axle

I'm looking for an axle with the following specs:

• 14-bolt semi-float
• 6-lug
• 3.73 gearing
• from a 3/4-ton 4x4 GMT400 pickup truck or a van (these offer the widest WMS widths based on my research - should be about 68")
• open diff preferred, but will consider a G80 (gov-lock)

I'm in Ridgecrest, CA.
