88-98 Front Clip???

Has anyone done a 88-98 front clip conversion? Is it a kit or custom made?

If I remember correctly, this picture is from Peterson's 4Wheel Drive magazine (or maybe FourWheeler, I subscribe to both) - anyway, they did an article on that swap (the K5 is a 1972 or 4) and it may be on their website. I'll look for the article and let you know if I find it.

that k5 is a 1975, and the kit is a fiberglass one from somewhere. just google fiberglass front clips for our trucks.

Yeah, I have been looking and can't find anything ether. I want to get a kit for my 87, If i can find one.

I emailed Jerrod Jones a while back about that K5... He's the one in the pic, and it was 4WOR mag...

The pre-runner kit came from Glassworks Unlimited.
