Well since you have to fab mounts and pretty much everyone beyond prerunner guys does some sort of shackle flip yes and however much you want.

Like stated above, it will depend on how you mount them. That being said, I mounted some in the rear of my '91 Crewcab and used the stock style rear shackle. I moved the front spring mount forward because i wanted to keep the axle in the stock location. When it was all done it lifted the rear right at 1". I had a lot of flat frame rail to work with though and i had to relocate my saddle tanks.
