I have a 1988 K1500(newer body style) rig for a project vehicle. I bought this project from a friend who had a kid and wasn't able to continue with it. However due to starting my own business, I do not have the time or money(mostly money) to complete the project. For now my focus has to be my business, and after the truck has not moved an inch in over a year, it is about time to make a decision. Not 100% I want to sell it, but if someone makes the offer I will likely cave, ha.
1988 K1500, with clean PA title.
-ORU SFA swap brackets, including bumpstops and brackets (about $850 kit)
-ORU kit is intended from Chevy Front axles and older Ford axles(narrower spring spacing)
-Body was removed, frame sanded and painted gloss black, looks great
-6" front BDS springs
-4" Rear BDS springs(64" springs) and 4" blocks to match the front. (Factory rears included)
-14 bolt semi float rear
-8 lug 10 bolt front with ORU crossover steering knuckle ($500+ value)
-Has 3" body lift, but half the spacers are missing, intended to remove it.
-Power windows in the doors, no knowledge of function.
-Steering box is hooked up and drag link installed, so you can steer it
-No brakes at the moment, no brake lines run either.
-Step side bed (some rust on underside, and both bedsides have tears and some damage).
Last picture is the bit of bed rust, you can see the black frame and some remnants of brake lines still there.
I have a lot of parts to go with this, but I am going to sell them separate. Plan was big bad offroad/road legal truck.
Asking $1500 obo. You are looking at over 1500 worth of parts, let alone the truck with clean title. I hate to list this, but I really do not see myself finishing this project anywhere near now.
