I have changed the coil and ignition modual and still no spark to the coil. About 2 days b4 it stopped cranking it cut off on me when I stopped at a stop sign. Let it sit for about 5 minutes and fired right up. Then I was goin down the road the next day and tried to die so I have it some gas and it sputtered then picked back up and kept on goin. Then the next day it tried to crank and died and now all it does it turn over. Any ideas??

Was it the ignition coil you replaced??--I'm unsure if your truck has a pick up coil or not,but if it does, they often fail this way,intermittently..see if it has spark or not,if not,its ignition related--could have got some water in the fuel maybe,if it has spark..or maybe the fuel pump is failing,on EFI you must have the right pressure, even a few pounds too low will make it not start or run lousy..

Yes it was the ignition coil and to be honest I don't even no what the pick up coil is or where to find it. And I'm pretty sure it's not the fuel pump because its still gettin plenty of gas it's just not gettin fire to the ignition coil

I bet you have a bad "new" ICM.
It happened to me.
And, many others.
There's one part you want to buy with AC/Delco name on it! Aslo don't forget the heat disapating compond underneath so it does not overheat.

Even if the cheap off brand works? None are accurate with Spark Latency and it changes your timing...

The Pick Up coil is what sends signal to all these ignition parts and it is under distributor cap, under the brass cover. You must remove and dismantle distributor to replace it. Even then most distributors at this age have other issues inside with reluctor wheel (magnets) cracking... and lots of corrosion.

Thanks guys. I changed the distributor and fuel filter and it runs great now. Crunk right up. It was the pick up on the distributor that was bad but the whole thing looked pretty rough so I just changed it all. But it runs great now. Thanks for the help.
