Looks good so far, What size lift and tires will you be running? Might wanna bump up the rear axle to something a little stronger. Good job, and keep the updates coming!

Its got about 10 in of lift so far. Only plan to run 33 unless they look like doughnuts when im done.i plan on updateing the rear in funds allow. Would like to convert the front to 8 lug and use a c&c 14 bolt narrowed a couple in.hope to have some more pics in a week or thanks. As for the rear now it does have 1 piece axles unlike the cj amc 20s.

Def intrested in this build, what springs are you running front and rear? might wanna go with a 44 rear same width as the front, should be plently strong with 33's, I just think it'd cost to much and be overkill to go with a 14bff. A ford 9 inch might not be a bad idea either, saw one for a s10 for like 150 bucks or so. post some more specs on the build!

Running stock fullsize front springs, rears are stock s10,prob. have to add a spring or to to make it sit level.I was thinkin about the ford 9in for a rear.I still got to find some flat tops for the front. Also got to find a 32 spline input for a 241.Hope to have it done in the next few months.

Interesting build. Where is Leadwood, MO? Not many people on here from MO. And no body on here near me.

Sounds like, you've done quite a bit of work, so far. I don't care what you have held up by them, but.Get rid of those damn cement blocks, from under your rig!! Especially since you have them on they're side, they don't carry a load, in that position...

Sweet, I go down that way once in awhile. Seems like everyone is into big mud trucks down there. You hit any of the local mud runs? Buchanans or Jeremy's?

I havent been to any mud runs in a while.I took my last truck to Jeremys a few years ago.We go trail ridin at a place called Wa****a out of farmington.

Cool. Is the place open to public? I've been trying to find a place to ride trails around here. Everywhere around here is torn up by 4-wheelers, closed down, or illegal.

just seeing how things look. i thinks me need some bigger tires. what yall think about some 35s or 36s

Trim the fenders and run some 37's ;) Nice looking build by the way.

Where abouts are you building this?? If ya need any help PM and i'll meet ya wherever.

Interesting build. Why'd you go with the AMC 20 rear instead of something else?? Just wonderin'

Because when i bought my axles they didnt want to split up the pair.Been lookin for somethin else, just dont know yet.Its in my back yard. I live on davis crossing rd.I dont need and help yet but if i do ill give ya a holler.

Right on. I think i know where that is. As for the axle i can't blame ya for using what ya got ;)

Thanks for all the comments guys. This build makes me feel good since my last project was stolen after me puttin five years worth into it.and to think this all started with puttin a water pump an the oringal 2putt8.Took it for a test drive and she lost all power.Swap in a 4.3 that looked up.Swaped in another that lasted two weeks.Just happened to have a good small block.Didnt want to spend the money for a oil pan so i took the front diff out and was just gona run it without it.Then stumbled upon some ideas and well i let the pics speak for the rest.

Cool build, makes me want to do mine even more now. I have a 93 Blazer that I'm gonna swap in a 350 out of my 92, keeping the stock tranny/case, gonna run an EB44 up front and a Dana 60 rear out of a 63 Ford, 63" wide. I have a PL for the front, and getting a Detroit for the rear. Just need something else to drive and a garage to work on it in....
