these have the factory nuyts to bolt to the srw studs and you reuse your factory lugnuts on the adaptors.

these can possibly be used on 3/4 ton front axles with real tiny machine of the inner index lip by just a tiny bit. then get metric nuts or swap the studs to american.
these will not fit over 14ff rear or dana 60 front.
