88 wont run...HELP

Drove thr truck home ran fine. Went to go to the store truck wouldnt start. It turns over but no attempt to fire. Getting spark to all 8 cyl... Seems like it's getting way to much fuel and drowning. I will diffently have to change my oil... any ideas why its flooding its self???

Your fuel pressure regulator might have ruptured, allowing too much fuel pressure to be applied to the injectors.

Are you sure that the injectors are actually firing? It could very well be that your ignition module has failed and that the ECM is not running the fuel pump / pulsing the injectors as a result, despite the plugs sparking.

Be sure to check your fuses. ECM fuses will blow and still allow truck to turn over buy won't start. Do you have a check engine light when you turn the key to accessorie before you crank it over?
