89 454's all the same?

I know in 89 the crew cab, burb and k5 were still the old style body, but would an 89 tbi 454 be the same as any other?

Only difference I can see is the 89 C/K's have a full surpentine belt, where the R/V had the 1/2 and 1/2 stuff.
