let me think about it my truck is a 454/465 so i kinda like to keep 4spd column

The one I've got is from a K3500 (new body style). It is a manual tranny column. I'll try to find out if it will work.

the auto columns will work in a stick truck just remove the pin in the shifter. and you can take the shift indicator off the column as well

The auto column is an 88 so I forgot about this one once we determined you needed the manual column.
