Hola

Could some of you post up the bushing size you had to use to replace the bushings on the stock rear springs (main eye and shackle end) of your '89-91 Suburban with 56" rear springs.

I want to see what the common sizes are. GM apparently shuffled around different sizes on the last years of the solid-axle trucks, sometimes on the same vehicle:haha:

Call up Stephen at Off Road Design. He can usually pull stuff like that off the top of his head. I've called him before with technical questions. I'm sure he'll be glad to sell you the appropriat ones too.

Sounds to me like the common accepted size is that it varies.

I don't see how us posting up is gonna change that.

There are three different sizes. Just measure and call before you order.

Yea,yea. I've talked to Stephen already. I had to measure the best I could with the springs still on the truck, and I don't trust the measurements I made.

Anyway, I just wanted to see what other people came up with on their own out of curiosity

On my '90 Sub I cut out the sleeves in the spring eyes and the metric ORD bushings slipped right in.
