We are building a roll cage for a customers Blazer. It's a show piece and mud bogger now. It'll eventually get some 1 tons for those 44" TSL's. Just thought I'd share some pics of the progress.

Yes the b pillars will go to the floor. We just aren't adding them until the end as its easier to pull it out with them off

CCOR, I really like this cage. Could you, rather would you, duplicate the A to C pillar bar assemblies to sell and ship? No reinforcement or cross bars, just the main front to rear side bars. They appear to be multiple pieces so shipping might not be unreasonable.

This would be an incredible option for those of us with welders but without benders. Most of he rest of the cage could be completed with straight pieces.

I'll look into it

Let me know what you think (my K5 is a '91 which is exactly like your '89) and shoot me a price if you're willing. Not sure if I could swing it but I'm seriously interested. I'll be in Atlanta in Aug so there wouldn't be any shipping issues after all.

They just need to dye the plastic black so they match the roll cage.

CCOR, any thoughts on the tube work I asked about?

Yes I talked with the owner and it just doesn't look as it'll be cost effective at this point in time. We may come back to it at a later date and reconsider.

Nice but please tell me they aren't going to leave those rear factory seat belts :doah:
If the customer chooses to at a later date we may add some 4 point harnesses. This is more of a stepping stone to bigger ideas when he has more time and resources.
