The term is "Might as well"
Might (as well) check that cam for flat lobes and plan expensive upgrades.

So ya think cam & lifters, timing set, water pump, all new valves, maybe a throttle body spacer? I have Hooker headers, 6" lift w/ bfg mud terrain 35s, then I might do gears and lockers. good truck tho, no rust, my first chevy in 20 years.
