89 dash

I need a dash board for an 89 Suburban. I know that whole truck changed at 92, but what years off of other trucks can I get one from??

I want to get one from the dump, but don't want to buy a couple and not have them fit....

'81-91 for subs, k5's, cab/chassis, 3+3's, and probably some others I'm forgetting.

Yes. Trim levels changed (IE woodgrain in some applications sometime after '87 it seems) but the dash pad itself is the same style. The trim stuff is removable.

well i was gonna strip 'er down to the metal, and fiberglass it.

I have taken one off and replaced it before, but I cannot remember if the edge closest to the windshield is held down by clips or not.....
