89 K5 Blazer Measurement

Hi Everyone, My son and I are rebuilding a 1989 K5 Blazer. It had/has severe rush. The rear tail pan is trash as well as the front one for lack of a better name. The crossmember that both body mounts connect to is broke on both ends. I know how to repair but what I am questioning is the width between them and the actual length of the front tail pan. I believe the front one is right around 72 inches but want to confirm if someone can help. My interior has been removed so the 72 inch is in front of rear wheel well from side to side.

Sorry picture so big. if you could measure just in front of fender well that covers rear tires side to side that is the measurement Im searching for.

I couldn't get the other side of the tape, but I held it square and level across. I also got measurement of behind the wheel well. Virtually the same...
