Having some trouble about what to do about the fuel feed line in my 89 k5, has the fuel injected 350, my fuel feed line that goes into the back of the carb is leaking and the parts been discontinued from gm, saw someone elses thread on here for a suburban and looked at the websites...www.classictubes.com but not sure if its the right line and i just need the 2 foot section that is half stainless steel braided and half bent metal tube

You can change to a -AN fitting adapter at the TBI and also at the fuel line on the frame and then high pressure fuel injection hose in between.

This fitting should be the one used at the TBI. Earls #991955ERL

so just clamp the ends to the fittings or what

No, you would have to source the mating ends and the high pressure fuel hose. If you want I can dig up the other parts you would need. I would have to go out to my rig and double check what the fitting at the frame is as I have forgotten.

Ok, just went and checked and you would need Earls #9894DBJERL at the frame end.

You would need Earls #809106ERL off the TBI adapter.

Then you would need Earls #800106ERL at the frame adapter.

Now you just need the proper length of -6 braided hose.

haha i hear ya, ordered it up should be here by tuesday, might be hitting you up for some other questions because looks like youve already done it, im throwing a d60 and 14ff underneath mine in about a week, still waiting on the rear springs which have been backordered for over a month now

It's kind of ironic that I saw this thread the other day because the fuel line on my 88 Sub started leaking last night and I've repaired it 3 times since spring 2010. Now I have part #'s for the adapters and it's time to fix the S.O.B. for the final time!

 Thank you!

I posted in the TBI section a few weeks ago asking about new fuel lines, and got minimal response, and now I know exactly what I need from this thread. Good stuff.
